He is a former Vice President and Director at TD Securities. He was directly involved with billions of dollars in financing including high-profile deals such as:

  • Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’s real estate portfolio
  • Alta Link’s purchase of most of Alberta’s high-voltage electrical grid
  • Calgary International Airport’s expansion

John is a graduate of Canada’s Osgoode Hall Law School and Georgetown University. He is also a respected expert in finance and has taught at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.

For more than a decade, John and his wife have enjoyed living and raising their family in Barrie.

Karen works closely with clients to help them achieve long-term financial goals so they can live comfortably and plan for the future.

Karen most enjoys building relationships with clients in helping them reach success through milestones of down payments, to paying off mortgages, funding their child’s education and saving for retirement. Karen studied Psychology at York University and is a model and advocate of continuous learning recently completing Canadian Securities Institute’s Branch Managers Course (BMC) and Certificate in Investment Dealer Compliance.
